TheraBand Tubing with Handles

THERA-BAND® Resistance Tubing with Black Cushioned Soft Grip Handles provides the same resistance, system of progression, and preferred quality as authentic THERA-BAND Resistance Bands and Tubing with the added convenience of attached handles for a ready-to-use clinical or home solution. Available in 5 THERA-BAND colors and resistances, with either the premium comfort of soft handle grips, or standard PVC handle grips.

Proper use of these systems for resistive exercise provides both positive and negative force on the muscles, improving strength, range of motion and cooperation of muscle groups. Color-coded progressive resistance gives at-a-glance documentation of progress from one level to the next.

Each tube is 4' in length grommet to grommet, and provided complete with usage and safety instructions. Thera-Band Tubing is endorsed by the American Physical Therapy Association.
