Therastick™ Tubing Exerciser

Therastick™ is a new total body fitness tool that strengthens tones and defines every muscle in your body including your core! Therastick™ exercise tubes are made of premium quality natural latex with metal hooks and nylon loops attached. The stick is padded with foam for maximum training comfort even when hands are sweaty. The metal hooks on the workout tubes make them easy to change to customize your workout. The Therastick comes with 4 different color coded resistance levels ranging from light to x-strong. The stick is light weight and portable and comes in a durable nylon bag with shoulder strap. The Therastick™ package ncludes 8 tubes in 4 different resistance levelsfrom Light to Extra Strong. Some Assembly is Required.

Therastick™ Tubing included are:

Light – Yellow
Designed for rehabilitation workouts and exercise for the elderly and children. The resistance of the yellow tube ranges from 2.5 kg (5 lbs) to 10 kg (22 lbs).
Medium – Green
Designed for junior athletes and average women. The resistance of the green tube ranges from 4 kg (8 lbs) to 14 kg (31 lbs)
Strong – Red
Designed for active women, average men, and athletes. The resistance of the red tube ranges from 5 kg (11 lbs) to 19 kg (41 lbs)
X-Strong – Blue
Designed for elite women, men and athletes. The resistance of the blue tube ranges from 6 kg (14 lbs) to 24 kg (52 lbs)
